When Sara was exclusively working with private clients in her leadership coaching business, she felt like a thought partner and a consultant, and looking at her revenue per month made her swoon.

I WAS THERE, AND I GET IT.
My first group program was a nightmare.
I’m talking over-delivering, doing 100 check-ins per week, overwhelming my clients and never truly feeling “at ease” with how things were going. Never getting a break from my own anxiety about that client that wasn’t getting results or doing the work… even when I was having dinner with my family.

ARE YOU GOING TO BURY ME WITH MODULES AND WORKSHEETS?
We all know you wouldn’t succeed that way! There will be a guide that you receive upon registration so you know what to expect for each meeting and are prepared to make our time together count. You will also have a specific roadmap so that you don’t get stuck on implementation in between our meetings, as well as accountability from your peers. Before our marketing & sales incubator session, I will provide you with a template through Google Docs that will be your specific guide to selling your program.

Yes, through Google docs and email. Age has taught me beautiful things about setting boundaries, and so you’ll get my full, fresh attention each time you hear from me.
CAN I DO “MAKE UP SESSIONS” BY JOINING ANOTHER SESSION?
You are welcome to four sessions of the Mini Mastermind, but you will have to give me at least 24 hours notice if you want to join a different cohort than the one you signed up for due to emergency, sickness, or another unavoidable situation.
